Clean the EcoSmoother : Using a soft brush, gentle detergent and water, clean the glass surface area of the EcoSmoother before use and after each use.
Select a Test Area : Choose a small area of skin to conduct the patch test. The lower leg is the recommended choice.
Clean the Test Area : Wash the chosen area of skin with a gentle cleanser and water. Pat it dry with a clean towel. Ensure there are no traces of lotion, oil, or other skincare products on the skin and that the test area is completely dry.
Test the Area : Gently press EcoSmoother onto the test area of the skin. Apply slight pressure, but avoid pressing too firmly to prevent irritation. Move the EcoSmoother on the skin in a circular motion in the direction of hair growth.
Observe for Reactions : While using the EcoSmoother, pay attention to any signs of irritation, redness, swelling, itching, or discomfort. If you experience any discomfort during the patch test, stop using the device immediately.
Wait for 24 Hours : After completing the patch test, wait for a full 24 hours to see if any delayed reactions occur. Sometimes, skin reactions may appear hours later.
Check for Results : After 24 hours, examine the test area again for any signs of irritation or adverse reaction.. If there are no adverse effects, it's generally safe to proceed with using the EcoSmoother on a larger area of the skin.

What if my LUXURY EcoSmoother doesn't seem to be working as well?
It is very normal for body oil, etc. to build up on the glass surface. Use water and a mild detergent (DAWN dish detergent is excellent) to gently scrub the surface. Dry the wooden handle and let the glass surface air dry like normal. This should take care of it!
